Upcoming workshop: Weaving at the Stratford Perth Museum | April 16 2026
Kairos Fiber Art will be holding a Weaving workshop on Thursday, April 16 2026 as part of the Stratford Perth Museum's Busy Hands Workshop series.
Join us for a hands-on exploration of the practice of weaving. Participants will learn how to warp a loom and basic weaving techniques as they create their own bookmark or coaster to take home.

Our Day At: Heritage Fiber Festival - September 27 2025
Thank you to all who joined us at the Burlington Museum Heritage Fiber Art Festival!
We had a wonderful time demonstrating the art of Tatting (pictured to the right) and sharing our work at our vendor table (pictured below).

Event: Heritage Fiber Festival at Ireland House Museum - September 27 2025

Kairos Fiber Art will be appearing as a vendor and demonstrator at the first ever Heritage Fiber Festival at the Ireland House Museum in Burlington, Ontario!
Between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 27 2025, the Ireland House Museum will come alive with fiber artists demonstrating a wide array of skills and techniques. Kairos Fiber Art will be demonstrating tatting in the museum; come visit, view the process, and chat with us about the history of this delicate craft.
On the lawn of the museum, we will be selling a selection of Kairos Fiber Art bookmarks, felted paintings, and accessories made using the ancient art of Nalbinding.
Admission is pay-what-you-may, so come enjoy an afternoon exploring the history and practices of fiber creation.
